Hold the Mode button pressed while powering up the board will put it into bootloader mode(only on boards with USB). On older boards without USB or 2x5A boards that dont have USB if the firmware has somehow been corrupted(more likely the processor was damaged somehow) you can send it in to be checked and repaired.
