1. The USB will not power the ROboclaw. You must power the Roboclaw from Main Battery or Logic Battery when connec ting to the PCs USB.
2. Make sure you have the Roboclaw USB driver for Windows installed
3. Make sure the Roboclaw is detect in Device Manager. It will show up as a Serial Port(Virtual Comport). If it does not this would indicate it is not powered correctly or the USB cable has a problem or the USB connector on the board has a problem.
