There is no license provided with the Arduino library files. What is the licensing for this cpp library?

The only limitation on use is if you modify and release code based on the library to the public that you indicate who wrote the original(basicmicro.com) and note the modifications you make.

All other uses, binaries released based on the sourec code in the library or modified library code not released to the public is unlimited.
