Yes. Ship it back to us(at our contact us page) and we'll replace the connector. Do not try repairing it yourself. It is very easy to damage one of the solder pads which makes the board unrepairable.
Inlcude your return address, email and phone number in a note INSIDE the package. The return address on the shipping label has a 50/50 shot of being completely unreadable by the time we get the package.
