ForwardM1 not working

Hi,

I bought this 2*60A HV60 controller earlier this year. It has been working perfectly fine till today.

For some reason the ForwardM1 function not working anymore, when I call ForwardM1 function, the motor doesn't spin anymore, but BackwardM1, ForwardM2,BackwardM2 are working fine. Only ForwardM1 is not working.

I tested with multimeter, there is no voltage output when I call ForwardM1 function.

I also tested in Ion studio, same result, motor 1 forward doesn't work.

Can I post this controller back to your place to get a fix?

You can send it in for repaire, however I recommend you first double check it isnt working using Ion Studio.

Make sure you include your return address and contact information inside the package.
