Unlike Linux, Windos requires a signed .inf file/driver to be installed for each CDC Virtual comport device. Linux should install the Roboclaw without need of a driver.
You need an interface from ROS to the Roboclaw(a ROS software node that knows how to talk to the Roboclaw). What are you using?
