Configuration writing problem?
After installing new Version of Motion Studio (Win10 and Win11) and upgrading FW I configured the controller as before. When I try to write the configuration I get a "Not Responding" message (little window) in Motion Studio and the Controller does not work as expected. Sometimes the motor ...

Suggestion for more Arduino library example sketches
I'm developing a machine with two motors and a Roboclaw 2x30. I'm having problems moving the motors with velocitiy and position commands. Espacially with setting buffered or unbuffered commands. My suggestion to the Basicmicro developers is at least one further example in the Roboclaw Arduino librar...

Re: Motion Studio - Auto-Tune PID crashes app
I did some more tests and I now I think that the values in the fields are not responsible for the application crashes. It's more as you said that autotune never finishes. The result is that the app is not responding anymore and you need a power cycle of the Roboclaw and restart Motion Studio. What I...

Re: Motion Studio - Auto-Tune PID crashes app
I can confirm the unexpexted behavior of Motion Studio (curr. version, Win10). In my case it applies only to motor2. Motor direction is ok but after autotuning M2 Motion Studio crashes and a power cycle of Roboclaw 2x30 is needed. In an earlier version of Motion Studio it worked without any problems...

Connect to Basicmicro Motion Studio w/o updating fw
Hello,
I downloaded the recent version of Motion Studio. After connecting my Roboclaw it asks for an fw update.
How can I use the Motion Studio software without updating the firmware? Can't find a 'cancel update' button.

After firmware update RC is not working as expected
After longer time I decided to update my RC2x30 firmware from 4.1.24 to 4.1.27 due to the possibility of saving different profiles. After update all settings on my RC were gone. :o I tried to configure everything again, but RC is not working as before with 4.1.24 firmware. For example motors running...

Re: Saving different profiles/settings
Hi, I've been away for a while so I missed some versions of IonStudio. Any news on that?
