Once E-Stop, Over voltage or a driver error state triggers the unit can not be cleared without power cycling it. This is to prevent just resetting constantly and then eventually damaging the unit. All other error states will clear when the problem is corrected. This is in regards to the latest firmw...

If the QPPS is not set correctly this kind of behavior can happen. I recommend you check your QPPS setting. It should be equal to the encoder speed when the motor is running at 100% power.

Hold the Mode button pressed while powering up the board will put it into bootloader mode(only on boards with USB). On older boards without USB or 2x5A boards that dont have USB if the firmware has somehow been corrupted(more likely the processor was damaged somehow) you can send it in to be checked...
