The voltage reading is wrong by a large amount which means a component failed. There is a voltage divider between the main voltage and the processor to brings that voltage down to a level that the processor can read. Based on the description the series resistor on the divider has failed. This could be a cold solder or it could actually be the resistor failed out right(very rare).

In either case you will need to email support and ask to send it in for RMA repair.
