We are recommending a new logic level mosfet for use in voltage clamp circuits when using power supplies.

The BUK965R8 available at Digikey.

It covers all models of Roboclaw and MCP voltage ranges and any conceivable regen current that could be generated.

We now stock a pre-assembled voltage clamp board for use with the RoboClaw and MCP line of motor controllers.
