is the Roboclaw being propelry detected by your Linux box? Whats its ttyACM address? Did you change the pythong exampel to use the correct comport address? The default example is setup for windows by default. You can comment the windows Open function out and uncomment the Linux one and then change the ttyACM address to the correct one for the roboclaw and it should work. Note you need to be using the latest python library from our website. The older versions of the library will not work with the new firmware because we changed from a simple 8bit checksum to a CRC16.
