Open Control Panel/Programs and Features. Select IonStudio and click Uninstall. This will open a window to uninstall or revert to the previous version. Choose the option to revert to the previous version. You will then be able to make notes on all your settings(a future update will allow you to save the settings to a file but it hasnt been released yet).

Once you have noted your settings you will need to uninstall Ion Studio and then reinstall it since it will no longer auto update once you have reverted to a previous version.
