1) I do not have to use on and off for position control!
I have to use on and off to start engine and stop engine.
2) position control I have to use it when it starts the motor that connected to an encoder control the speed and the position

I wire pot on S1 and set anlogic mode and check MCU. All work ok but... becouse no possible set speed from MotionStudio?

When using position control mode speed can no be controlled from any pins. Basically when you use analog inputs and position control you are controlling it like a servo(eg it moves as fast as it can to get to the new position.

Im still not exactly sure what you are trying to do. I highly recommend using a sperate processor(like and arduino) to control the Roboclaw, then you can do what ever you want to do and still control the system with a digital on/off signal.

Im not clear at all on how you are trying to control position with your digital on/off signal.
