Roboclaw does not currenyl have an explicit reverse disable. The default mode is to set the zero power point based on the intiial state on power up. So if you have your throttle all the way down on startup it will set that as the 0 power point and the motor will only move forward. However if you powered up with the throttle all the way up the motor would only move in reverse.
