My RoboClaw 2x60A got some water on it

Post by tonythemediaguy »

Hi,
My RoboClaw 2x60A that I have in my lawnbot got some light water on it, and now it doesn't work. I tried it off pretty quickly, but there is some rust on the surface. Can I send it in to get repaired?

Thank You
Tony

You can send it in. We will try to repair it. Include your return address and contact information in a note inside the package.

Go to the main website. Use the address on the Contact Us page. Include your return address and contact information on a note inside the package.

I'm sorry, but I didn't put a note on the inside. I did write my contact info on the outside, though. I apologize for not following instructions.
It's coming from Hawaii, so hopefully it's easily identifiable.

I recommend you keep an eye on it and email support@basicmicro.com when you shows it was delivered. It usually takes a day or 2 from delivery before it gets to the support staff. In most cases the external address is legible but the address informatioin is destroyed often enough that we always ask for the information to be inside the package.
