The firmware is too old to be seen by Motion Studio. You need to force it into bootloader mode, disconnect power, hold the Mode button pressed, reconnect power. The three LEDs should start to cycle when you release the Mode button.
Then open Motion Studio and you should see a device. Click the Firmware Update button. After that completes it should show up as a Roboclaw 2x15A properly in the device list.
