You need to see what the error is. Based on the description the LED is indicating a warning, not an error(errors would stop the motor controller). My guess is a over current warning which is probably a false overcurrent. you can check using Motion Studio. Assuming that is the case go into General Settings and change the default current blanking window from 5.4% to 7 or 8% and see if the problem goes away. Remember to write settings from the Device menu after making the changes.
