ISSUE WITH ROBOCLAW

ROBOCLAW 2X45 SHOWS US THE RED ERR WHEN TRYING TO MAKE IT GO FORWARD, EVEN THO THE POWER SOURCE IS CONNECTED. THE RED LED ONLY SHOWS WHEN I TRY TO MAKE ON OF THE TWO MOTORS RUN.

THE RED LED SHOW ALSO IN IonMotion AND IS MARKED AS M1DRIVERFAULT SIGNAL STATE. ASLO SOMETIMES AS ESTP. AND THE FIRST TIME IT WAS MARRKED AS M1CURRENT OVERFLOW.

pLEASE HELP WE DIE IF YOU NO HELP

The driver for motor channel 1 has been damaged. If you had an over current error first and then a driver fault error it sounds like it was over driven. You can send the board in for repair. In most cases there is no charge.

Can you describe what you are trying to run(Motor Model and Manufacturer, Power source, Voltage). Please describe how you have everything wired up, wire gauge, length, sensors. Also how where you controlling the Roboclaw when it failed?
