The driver for motor channel 1 has been damaged. If you had an over current error first and then a driver fault error it sounds like it was over driven. You can send the board in for repair. In most cases there is no charge.

Can you describe what you are trying to run(Motor Model and Manufacturer, Power source, Voltage). Please describe how you have everything wired up, wire gauge, length, sensors. Also how where you controlling the Roboclaw when it failed?
