I will look into it. Please resend your email to support@basicmicro.com. I answer all emails daily and have not had any emails about this problem. Double check that it is going to support@basicmicro.com. Also, if you have a second email account please send a copy through that account as well so we can see if either comes in. We receive dozens of emails daily so it is unlikely to be a configuration problem on our end.
