Issue with Firmware

I've recently started trying to use a new MCP266 and have run into a problem with firmware updates. I powered it for the first time and managed to connect and it asked for a firmware update. I started this and it seemed to complete (at least the green bar got to the end) but it stayed in bootloader mode. A few more attempts gave the same outcome. I've used two other MCP266s on the same PC/version of Ion Studio and they have updated firmware without any issues. Could anyone please give me an idea about how to resolve this?

Please download and install Basicmicro Motion Studio. Ion Studio is no longer supported. Ion Studio and Ion Motion do not support new revisions of the MCP and will fail to properly update the firmware.

Thanks for the response. I have actually been using Motion Studio, but wrote the post on a different PC and got the program name wrong. However I have now tried reinstalling Motion Studio and attempting the firmware update which now has been successful.
