1. Make sure the firmware is up to date using IonMotion
2. Does the problem happen if you power up the Roboclaw and the connect the RC receiver?
3. Are you powering the RC receiver from the Roboclaw or seperately? If seperately are you only connecting GND and the signal wires from the receiver to the Roboclaw(eg no 5v wire)?
4. What are the settings on the board set to(take a screen shot of IonMotion General settings)
5. What version of the Roboclaw do you have(V3,V4,V5 will be printed on the board usually near the USB connector).
