WEhen in bridged mode only S1 is required(when using RC or Analog controls, Packet serial still uses both S1 and S2). The motor controller must be told to use bridge mode(checkbox in General Settings in IonMotion setup app). It will then properly sync the two motor channels PWM so they match exactly based on the input command.
