Error while launching ROS driver.

As advised in the in the link i have downloaded and cloned the package in my ROS workspace. When i tried launching the driver i have recieved following error. How to get around this issue?

The ROS Github link is current out of date. We dont control it so for the time being you can get the updated roboclaw_node files here:
