No longer showing up in IonStudio

1. Force the controller into bootloader mode(hold the Mode button while powering on the board). IonStudio should detect it. Update the firmware. Does Ion Studio detect it after doing this? have you restarted your computer? Have you tried a different USB port and/or USB cable.

2. If you power the arduino separately you need to connect to S1, S2 and GND.
