Current Offseting Feature?

My robot Z-axis, due to gravity and heavy duty high pitch leadscrew, requires PWM set a minimum -32 to go down and +117 to go up. Is there a way to specify so RC will compensate the PWM magnitude when calculating move (PWM, Velocity, and Position modes). I'm hoping to be able to specify offset for negative move and positive move.

Velocity and Position controls would self correct. No special settings would be required. That's the point of feedback systems.

PWM will not. PWM has no feedback and has no idea what the wheels are actually doing.
