Update 3.1.1 firmware

Hi, I have a Roboclaw 2x5a V3 Firmware 3.1.1 and I connect it to the computer via an USB to serial converter, but the ionmotion software doesn't recognize it.

Is possible update the firmware?

A minimum of v4 firmware is required for updating through USB. You will need to send that board in to have the firmware updated. After that you will be able to do it yourself on future updates.
