How to read temp from motor 2

I am trying to read temp from motor 2 and it always returns zero.

I was controlling it by Arduino and couldn't be able, then i tried with the IONmc windows software and also shows zero as motor 2 temperature, it never shows something different than zero.

Also tried with another, i have two of the same and I can't read that value.

Anybody has the same problem? Or is it just me and the controller?

I am using a 2X7A v4.1.19

Only some models have two temp sensors(eg the 2x120 and larger models). All other models only have a single temp sensor positions between both motor channels. On models with a single sensor the temp2 reading will always be zero.
