E-stop deceleration

Hi,
Sorry if my question is already answered somewhere.
I am trying to understand what deceleration value is applied when using the e-stop function. I think it is braking by default? Is there a way to control that behavior, even roughly, through current limitation for instance? Or is there a setting somewhere that i did not see?
Best,
Guillaume

E-Stop currently stops the motor. Period. Pwm is stopped and the motor is put into the braking state immediately. There is no selection for deceleration rate currently.

E-Stop can be very rough and it does put a strain on the motor and controller but the point of e-stop is to stop the motor.

If you need to decelerate to a stop I would recommend a packet serial command to that effect.
