Unfortunately that is the set hard limit. No acceleration is allowed faster than 100ms over +-100% duty change.
Most(all?) motors I've ever used have mechanical time constants significantly slow than this. I assume you are using some special motors. Can you email support with the model and any specifications you have. We may be able to provide a custom setup specifically for you.
