RoboClaw 2x60A (V6C) Low Logic Battery Error on startup

I have a -always reccurent- low logic battery error (RED LED blinking 4 times) on the startup of my system that is preventing my two 12DC motors hooked to the Roboclaw to work.
I have tried many thing to dismiss the error and the two only solutions I found that dismiss it are:
1) Plug the USB to my PC, update firmware. (But I have to do it at every startup of my system...)
2) Briefly shortcircuit one of the "+ -" pins under the LB IN.

But both of these solutions are not in adequation with the way we operate our whole system (we can't plug the USB on every startup or shortcircuit it neither).

I have looked around in the forum for some similar cases but I can't really find one.

Could you help me?

When NOT using hte logic battery input, it is possible under some conditions that the Logic Battery input will float. If it floats higher than 3v it can cause a false LB error. The correct fix for this is to short(and leave shorted) the LB+- pins. There is a diode in circuit with the LB+ pin so no power is being shorted when you do this. It just prevents the pin from floating causing false errors.
